Exactly what are you trying to say? You do know that research has indicated that diet has little to do with blood cholesterol levels.9

Actually, dietary cholesterol has now been shown to have no correlation to blood cholesterol levels.
It's also beneficial for hormone production.14 -

Cholesterol homeostasis is vital to proper brain activity. Which would explain a few things here. Also, stellar first post.17

I eat largely a whole foods diet that includes meat...took my LDL from 168 to 93.
Eating meat doesn't cause heart disease. Also, there is no direct correlation between dietary cholesterol and blood serum levels.4 -

Lol...I eat 12 or more eggs per week. Meat at least 4 times. I have incredible healthy cholesterol levels. But I also eat lots of veggies, fruits, legumes, and whole grains. So...just say YES to eating in moderation.4
