Calorie zigzaggers

Hey zigzaggers--

I'm on a bit of a plateau and looking to break out of it. I'm considering calorie zigzagging, because it makes lot of sense to me. My questions is -- do you zigzag your net calories or just your intake?

    I just do calorie intake. But I am one of those that do not eat back the exercise calories and it will be easier because you never know how much you will burn during a workout so you would be shooting in the dark trying to zig zag your net calories.

    Do actual eaten calories. On my low days, if I am still hungry then I might dip some into my exercise calories. This is my schedule:

    Mon - 1400 cal
    Tues - 1400
    Wed - 1800
    Thurs - 1200
    Fri - 1350
    Sat - 1800
    Sun - 1200

    I am almost at goal! It really works! Good luck!

    I totally stole her zig zag and can feel a difference. I havent weighed in a couple days so not sure. But Im gonna keep at it
