    Not much of a loss this week, but I'm happy with any loss over a gain. Will be working harder this week to stay under my calories - had a couple of days last week that I know I went way over. But I am SUPER HAPPY to be under 160 lbs (even if just a bit under) - the last time I was under 160 was June 2013 :smiley:

    I eat more less nutritious food on weekend.
    Been trying to drink water instead of soda or sweet drinks. Usually order a vegetable if sit down restaurant. Invite family to go for a walk. Work in progress.
