Hey! My name is Bri and I'm 21. I've had this account for years but started back up January 19, 2016. I've lost a little over 20 pounds and am currently in maintenance and focusing on my strength training! I'm 20!! I totally agree.. Most of my friends totally are the ones who get me to get off track with their eating.. Lol. I've lost about 9/10 lbs so far and ultimately want to lose 20 more or so. Feel free to add me!0

23, and soon to be married in under three months!
I finally dedicated myself to MFP in January and have lost 22 pounds to date. Another 15 pounds to the first mini-goal (140) and then probably another 7-14 from there, depending on what looks good in the end!

I'm Andrelle, I'm 22 and I know how you feel. My friends and family don't care and put me down all the time too about eating and losing weight, so you can imagine how hard it is for me to lose this weight. 24, trying to lose 10 lbs have terrible food addiction. If I didn't have Crohns I'd be obese, as I was malnourished and not absorbing and lose 25+ lbs. but now that I'm healthy I need to learn portion control, bc not only have I gained it all back, but I gained it all back since November. It's going up and I need it to stop!! I'm learning so much every day! Good to know sooo many people my age also care for their health0
