    I have been considering this for a few months but am unsure about a few things. Worried that the food will be bland and also concerned about having to have the carbs/pre workout thing before training, I train at 6am? Also can you eat whole eggs or just whites?

    Sorry for reviving an old post, but I've been researching this and am curious to hear about some results. It'd be even better if anyone has done their vegan plan, but I'll take some feedback on any of their meal plans. Looking at it with my RD-eyes, it looks like there is a lot of science behind it, and the sample meal templates look to be very good, but I would love to hear from people who have utilized this form of meal/exercise template.

    Get a refund. Don't pay to be told what and when to eat. That's for you to decide. MFP educates you on what you need, and lets you track your intake. Free.
