I don't consider anything to be a treat anymore... I eat whatever fits in my goals. If that's salmon+green beans OR pizza for dinner, that's just what's for dinner... not a treat.

I don't eat treats on a regular basis anymore. But for special occasions (birthdays!) I don't bother logging and I eat as much cake as I want (for that one day only).

Depends on what you consider treats. I love oatmeal squares, and often have them both for a lunch and a snack. Kids' breakfast cereal is another favorite snack. If you count all that as "treats", then 500-600 calories or so per day out of my 1900.

In terms of things like ice cream, bakery goods, etc., not a whole lot - I go out for a frozen custard every week or two, sometimes I eat ice cream sandwiches. I also have a few hundred calories in pastry crisps for snacks here and there through the week. Cake, cookies, and donuts on occasion, though usually I'll buy or make some once, have a portion daily until gone, and then go months before having more.

I try to have a treat everyday. I love me some chocolate. And McDonald's caramel sundaes. Mmmmm. Today I had a bag of peanut m&m's which was upwards of 450 calories. I don't usually indulge that much but I was trying to appease the monthly monster. I try to stick to 100-200 calories a day. As long as I have them available. I listen to my body. If it needs chocolate. I feed it. This has worked great for me so far.

Personally, none. My goals are way more important to me than chocolate.

The 'treat' I have each day is a hot pickle. it's upwards of 300 mg sodium, hotter'n a scalded kitten, and 1 calorie.

I can't imagine forcing myself to eat things I don't enjoy ... in fact, I made a decision when I started on my weight loss mission. Everything I ate was going to be something I enjoyed. I simply wouldn't waste my calories on things I don't enjoy.

My allowance/deficit is pretty low (I'm short) but I usually manage 100-200 calories of treats daily. Those tend to be (UK) biscuits in the morning with my coffee. If I have chocolate, I'll have a bit of that too. Or sorbet.

I don't think about food being a treat or indulgence. I eat food I like all day, every day.
I usually have 100-300 calories for snacks every day. Things like fruit, chips, popcorn, pretzels, chocolate, cookies, granola bar, carrots, celery, broccoli, trail mix, deviled eggs, pickles.

I have some dark chocolate kisses that I eat sometimes. I let one sit and melt in my mouth instead of chewing it quickly and swallowing. Maybe eat more slowly and really tune into experiencing your food fully instead of trying to get more in your body. Kind of like food meditation.

Apparently meditating with food is a thing. http://www.metatronics.net/eat/

I usually use a treat to fill a small calorie gap, often 100 calories. I will usually eat a cookie, this week for instance I made pumpkin cookies; if I am over 30g on fat or over my sugar limit I'll eat a Dandie (vegan marshmallow) instead.

i am SO intrigued by this vegan marshmallow... and im not even a vegan. tell me more!

All my calories go on "treats" as I love and enjoy everything I'm eating and look forward to every meal.

My treat for today is about 200 calories, a half serving each of PB and nutella spread on a whole wheat sandwich slim. I won't have one every day, and it will change up. But I think a treat for me will always depend on calories I have available, not set a specific limit.

snacks/treats make up a 4th meal for me, usually around 300 a day... spread between meals like after lunch before dinner or after breakfast before lunch... I basically eat every couple hours... fortunately I don't crave much in the way of treats because I don't really eat processed sugar... I do love me some dark chocolate though... and that's not an indulgence, that's just for health ;)
