The only program I know about is progressive strength training. But don't worry you'll learn about that in time.
What do strength and progressive mean? Please use that in a sentence.
I'm sorry that your really new to all of this but maybe your special Olympic athlete friends can help you put together a nice progressive strength training program. It make really help you! Try new rules of lifting for women , its a great program for beginners! I had great results starting out with it !4 -

Its been months of anti craving for "most" bad foods. And the past while has been an experiment0 -

I thought in the other thread you said it was a birthday party of gluttony and that you were worried about it and thought the government should regulate foods better.1 -

Ah! So this is about your employer making you go to AA! I was really wondering what you were trying to get at here. It's all so circular.0 -

Well yah but its not circular reasoning. Its fabulous reasoning. And the best part is i get 1 hour of entertainment per day while at AA (listening to Christopher Hitchens or watching a movie) which i might not get if i didnt go because of family obligations. Theres a silver lining to everything.0 -

I think you misread her post. She's saying your Olympic athlete friends are special, and would probably love to help you out, since you've worked closely for so long with them. That's how I read it.1 -
I've noticed when I eat junk foods now (which I very very rarely do) it's not as fulfilling and satisfying as before. Taste wise anyway. I mean yes it tastes good but not so much that it would be worth eating because I know what it will do. I wouldn't call it anti cravings though but when I'm hungry I do crave healthy food and lots and lots of water. I only drink water so I don't even crave soda any more. When I'm thirsty my mind goes to the thought of water. I am disgusted by junk food but there are a few things I think I'll always crave here and there.0

No not because i would criticize. because it is depressing listening to like 90% of what is said at AA..atleast for me it is. so that's why i don't participate.0 -

What does your sponsor think about the fact that you don't participate in the meetings? What do the other people who take the program seriously think?0 -

Neither have i0 -
I'm sure some cravings are situational or habit-based.
For example, if I have a sunny-side up egg, I crave bacon, and maybe a waffle. I don't crave lobster and would just feel wierd about that.
