Anyone use those? There isn't a "walk in place" for walking... just curious how or if people log this?

I love those videos. I put it under aerobic walking. It is an aerobic walking workout.
You get more than normal walking.
BUT... I only eat half of the calories it says I burned.

I love her stuff... This is a great way to get back in the swing of things without over doing "it". The program is so easy to stick to and she has at least a dozen videos with walks from 1 to 4 miles.

I love it and have a polar F6 HRM. The cals on MFP are almost exactly as those burned on the HRM. I post it as aerobic exercise, low impact.
( I have the walk 4 fast miles....LOVE it!!)
