    @abbygrl72 == love that post, "snap" is right, one day you decide that you have had enough, that you know if you don't do something about that weight that you are going to just die, and soon...so something "snaps" and you step back, step to the right, turn, and start running forward as fast as you can....that's my story and i'm sticking to it!!!
