ok; I'm brand new here and don't know how to "add"? I'm 5'2" and really need to lose at least 20 lbs. I'm trying to take myself thru increments. When they say 'lose 30' I freak out. Just started tracking, and it really helps when I can stay consistent. Group support w/b greatly appreciated. Add me please?1

Meeee!! I am about 140 lbs (5'4") and wanting to be around 110.. I know that might be a unrealistic goal, but it would be nice to finally reach it. The lowest I was in my 30's was 117, and that was after a Whole30, so maybe if I did like 3 Whole30's in a row??1
