Some of you guys can't be serious right?! Be what shape makes you feel good about you and show your confidence! That's what's sexy.12

A woman is supposed to have an hourglass shape to her. Its what defines a woman and makes her instantly recognizable. Some are more pronounced than others personally I like something proportional, not overly exaggerated and kind of right in the middle. She needs to have feminine hips and a nice set on top.
Guess I'm not a woman then.
Are you a robot woman? That's cool. @synchkat

I prefer the curves in the shape of an hourglass rather than a beach ball.1

I do agree with your statement. I know I need work, Hince why I'm here. I asked this because husband saw me looking at another female and was curious why I was looking. I explained I liked her body. He disagreed with me and said she was too thin in his opinion. So I thought I would throw out the question to see what responses I would get.1 -

Personally, I tend to prefer the curvy physique (fit-curvy, not out-of-shape curvy) just because it is a more obtainable goal that I can reach versus trying to mold my body into a stick thin figure.
This. I'll also add plenty of woman rock whatever shape they are. It's all about working with what you have and loving yourself no matter what.

Any excuse for a selfie, amirite??19 -
the type of body i am attracted to is the type attached to the woman i am attracted to. i dated petite, overweight, short, tall, brunette, blonde, A cup, DD cup...whatever. you name it, and I probably dated a woman with that body type. And now, I am married, and over the 11 years, my wife's body has changed as well. And it doesn't matter. I love that body not necessarily because of the way it looks, but because it is her body, and i love her.
i hope that makes sense. re-reading it, it sounds confusing.33 -

My husband thinks my ideal body type is too thin as well, but that's our difference in taste. But since I'm not going to grow another 2", change the shape of my rib cage, or alter my genetically-decided fat distribution, I'm never going to have my ideal body, and I'll stay more in line with what my husband likes. It is what it is.
If your husband is attracted to you as you are now and you're overweight, his personal preference is probably not going to be a super-slender size 2. Your priority should be good health. Get to a healthy weight and see what kind of shape your body takes, then improve on it by reducing fat/building muscle if you wish.5 -

Every time I venture into one of these threads I immediately regret it anytime I see absolutely anything you have ever posted.
So what your saying is that were not getting engaged anytime soon ??? Darn my luck.
The original question was "But what do guys like?" I stated what I liked and you get pissed not my fault.1 -

I find this question tough because there's things I appreciate about both profiles. I have a great deal of envy for women with butts, I myself am minus one being a straighter shape the more I lose. Also women with naturally significant boobs, yes I'm jealous of you too. But I also love a really thin overall leg which is more of a straight shaped attribute.
I hear you on the husband front though, I was doing 30 Day Shred last week and mine says, "Please never get as skinny as the chick in the green.". Meanwhile I'm looking at her thinking, "Why not?!" Haha!1 -

Exactly!! I see someone who I would like to look like and then he says that.1 -
Long term attraction is 100% personality based for me, but if we're just going by what's attractive at first glance, curves > no curves overall.0

Men are hard-wired to be attracted to a 70% waist/hip ratio. Maybe women are hard-wired to agree. I dunno.3
