    Struggles: Boredom at work - mindlessly snacking. Beginning of Winter, and craving high calorie foods. C25K - keep stopping at week 4.

    Successes:

    Same thing happened to me in March. I share birthdays with 3 friends and we usually celebrate almost every weekend of march. This year I tried my best to not do it all and had to cancel many of the events. I can't even imagine how much worse the damage would have been had I don't everything they had planned.
