Good to see goals being met / assignments written / new running distances made and holidays had!
I'm back from Cornwall - lots of coastal path walking (my '30 mins minimum' was often over an hour of uppy downy enjoying the sea views, but also eating for England..I'll leave a weigh in for a few days!.) and the Cotswolds. Lost a couple of days to travel etc.
350 cals burned or more: 12 out of 31. Good.
Atleast over 30 mins: 15 out of 31
Lazy/rest days: 4 out of 31
Good to note that I was way fitter than most of my Cornwall friends... Just the guy who does a short swim every day was striding out with me at my pace along the coast path....
We're thinking of getting a dog.....

I was away a few days so the last miles are not as much. I did get 2.0 Miles on Saturday, Sunday an Monday each day. Today I got in 3.0 Miles...

April wasn't a brilliant month for me in terms of exercise ... I had hoped to do one or two longer bicycle rides but sometimes life intervenes in the plans. April ended up being an incredibly busy month with a heavier-than-usual workload at work + assignments due at university + the final steps of my citizenship process. I wrote the citizenship exam and then my ceremony was on April 29 and I am now officially an Australian Citizen!
May should be a calmer month, although I will be wrapping up the uni course I'm in so there will be work to do for that. Nevertheless, I hope for more kilometres than last May.

May is the last month of Semester 1 of University here = big assignment due. So, a lot of my time was spent doing that.
May is also late autumn = cool, rainy
And in early May we spent a weekend in Sydney for a cycling conference ... without our bicycles!!

Just looked at my stats - 59/60 miles of walking or running!!! I missed that target by ONE mile!!!
Having said that, May for me involved a fair amount of illness (a stinking cold for a week or two, a four day migraine) so all things considered, not too shabby!!
