I started my weight loss journey January 2010. I weighed 228 lbs. My current weight 164 lbs right now. My goal weight is 145 lbs.

go into photobucket, click on the picture, underneath is an "img" address...copy it, paste it on here, and change the IMG to lowercase...0

Wow! Awesome work! May i ask if you exercised regularly and what calorie level you were set at? Also, did you ever get stuck for at same weight for over 2 weeks and if so, how did you start losing again?
