    I'm thinking losing 20 pounds by 4th of July is definitely an attainable goal! Some of us just finished the 20 pounds by Easter Challenge (congrats if you made your goal!) and maybe fell a little short. Don't give up! Join this challenge!

    It's a good start so far. Starting to get into the routine again. I'm unable to exercise at the moment due to injury but trying to grasp the whole portion control thing is helping out.

    5/4 No change in the scale but I lost 1" in my waist and 1/2" on my hips! I'll take it!
    5/18 No change! Getting discouraged!
    5/25 163.2 Woo Hoo! lost 2.8 lbs and 1" in my waist. Feeling great!
    6/1 Forgot to weigh in. Car broke down. Got out of my routine. No gym this week. Poor eating this week also.
    6/8 Afraid to weigh in. I have been feeling sluggish from lack of activity last week. Back to 165.5.... A little over 3 weeks left, let's see what I can accomplish!
