It is discouraging when the scale isn't showing a decrease, but don't give up! Everyone's weight loss journey is different. For me, it seems like if I eat really bad one week, it takes a week or two to show the weight increase, then a week or two to show a decrease again. Also, when I start to exercise more, it take a couple weeks to show a decrease. Sometimes, reassessing my progress and habits, helps for me to see if I am slipping in a certain area...such as not weighing my food, not moving as much, not drinking as much water, etc.
Just give it time. I know you can do this!5 -

It's a good start so far. Starting to get into the routine again. I'm unable to exercise at the moment due to injury but trying to grasp the whole portion control thing is helping out.

6/1 Forgot to weigh in. Car broke down. Got out of my routine. No gym this week. Poor eating this week also.
6/8 Afraid to weigh in. I have been feeling sluggish from lack of activity last week. Back to 165.5.... A little over 3 weeks left, let's see what I can accomplish!0
