Late night snack = post 8pm, greater than 150 cals or greater than 0 cals, if already over daily allowance.6 -
June Goals Sticking with May cut off times.
- Finish eating at 8pm 24/30 nights. 1/24
- Finish eating at 9pm 6/30 nights of my choice. /6
- Chose to be strong!

Hello everyone, this is my first say no to LNS challenge, so happy to be onboard! My limit is a piece of fruit after dinner or LNS wins - hope I will do okay...

My June goal: no eating after 830 and in bed by 915.6 -

Think I may have to re-adjust my readjustment and make my cutoff time for snacking 8:00pm. With the nice weather and working in the yard, dinner didn't even get on the table last night until almost 7 instead of the 6 I had planned. I basically ate my dinner and my 'snack' at the same time.
Yep...summer is going to be interesting. Any tips on how to adjust to the later daylight hours and nicer days to stay on top of LNSnacking?5 -

Bought some delicious and juicy watermelon today - thought of having it after dinner but decided I will have it as part of tomorrow's breakfast - yum!

I have not been able to get into Community for a few days... So, I missed the end of May... I finished strong, LNS still 0! I am going to change my goal just a bit, having a hard time getting dinner in before 8:00 at times... Trying to spend more time in garden... So, goal for June, no dinner after 9:00 no snacking after 10:00... I know most nights will be before 8:00, but just in case I have a couple nights a little late, wanna cover my butt....

After setting my cutoff at 9pm for several months, I'm going to move my cutoff up thirty minutes. Gotta keep that inner child disciplined.
