    I have not been able to get into Community for a few days... So, I missed the end of May... I finished strong, LNS still 0! I am going to change my goal just a bit, having a hard time getting dinner in before 8:00 at times... Trying to spend more time in garden... So, goal for June, no dinner after 9:00 no snacking after 10:00... I know most nights will be before 8:00, but just in case I have a couple nights a little late, wanna cover my butt....

    • Eat nothing after 10pm 5/30 nights of my choice. 4/5
    • Choose to adult, instead of impulse today.

    My goal is 6 nights per week of no late night snacks.

    Just back from a hiking trip at Yellowstone, and stuck to my no-snacking plan. (It helped that we packed light and didn't have snacks available. ;) )
