So, I snacked after dinner last night, but I gave myself 4 nights allowance on that, so I used 1/4.

Good day everyone! I find going to bed early helps me to not snack, plus if there is something on TV/online that I really want to watch I'd forget about snacking (like this week there is a weeklong cycling race Critérium du Dauphiné, which turns out to be my best pal
)... Pulling all resources together for June!

Yikes! My husband is in the kitchen baking chocolate chip cookies for his students. (He does this EVERY WEDNESDAY and treats his class of high schoolers on Thursdays. Ugh!

My plan is to go to my room with my red wine, my book, and to not return to the kitchen.
