    Protein shake, chocolate flavor with 4.0 fl oz milk, 64g celery, 54g yellow onion, 54 g white cap mushroom, 54.75g turkey, 18 g salsa. Normally that's all in a tortilla but I made some adjustments to normal so I could get a donut today.

    Banana. I was busy the instant I woke up (phone call then dash to the car lol)

    I normally eat 2 scrambled eggs with 56g or so cottage cheese mixed in. Sometimes on toast and sometimes with dash hot sauce.

    A banana with almond butter before the gym. A protein drink with half water half almond milk after. I don't usually workout in the morning so I had to figure out a different breakfast...
