It is almost 11pm Friday night here, looks like I made it to the third night of Say No to LNS! I had a big dinner, which probably helped a lot

June Goals I'm finding the 8pm a problem with the late nights as are having dinner later so I have added 30 minutes to my cut-off times.
- Finish eating at 8.30pm 24/30 nights. 3/24
- Finish eating at 9.30pm 6/30 nights of my choice. 0/6
- Chose to be strong!

Joining late but I'm in also!! Finding this challenge couldn't have come at a better time as I sit here munching on crap after I've done so well all day...ugh!!...my plan is to keep my kitchen and refrigerator closed after 8p...thanks for creating the challenge.7

Welcome everyone! I had a late dinner tonight but no snacking after my dinner, thankfully! I'm wondering if I should set a dinner cutoff time like some here do. I think it's a great idea. My streak is still going great, but it's late and I have to be up by 5 am tomorrow and will not be home till evening. I'll post my numbers tomorrow evening. Keep up the good work!6

It's completely up to your no LNS plan. If you are drastically under, I don't see why it would hurt to eat a little something. Do what feels right for you.5 -

If it falls within my calorie goal then I don't count it. There are no set rules here, so you can set your own goals

We have a chocolate mudcake sitting on the kitchen bench that was calling my name after my hubby and daughter went to bed but I chose to get up off the couch and do a 40min high impact cardio workout instead. Nothing like a workout to curb those nasty light night snack urges. I feel even better about my choice because it's 10pm on a sat night, I feel that weekends are alot harder then during the week for some reason.5 -

Good morning everyone! I didn't check in yesterday but so far so good still. I have been trying to minimize LNS the last few weeks but there are several nights that I would still snack on a piece of toast or some dessert after dinner. It was however getting a bit easier not to snack but this challenge really helps me to focus, have a goal certainly makes a big difference!
