    If it falls within my calorie goal then I don't count it. There are no set rules here, so you can set your own goals :smiley:

    @freakymistkd: Awesome job of resisting that mudcake...my favorite kind of cake! Love the way you chose to get some cardio done instead of giving in to such temptation!! THAT would have been a very hard choice for me!

    June Goals I'm finding the 8pm a problem with the late nights as are having dinner later so I have added 30 minutes to my cut-off times.
    • Finish eating at 8.30pm 24/30 nights. 4/24
    • Finish eating at 9.30pm 6/30 nights of my choice. 0/6
    • Chose to be strong!

    Cheers @Wysewomen53 it certainly wasn't an easy choice to make but I was so happy about making the right choice once I finished my workout. It felt great :smiley:
