Paleo people...I need you!!!!

Looking for support and accountability on the Paleo diet. I have about twenty five extra pounds that have accumulated over the last 2 decades. I have Hashimotos disease and my metabolism is sluggish even though I am very active and primarily eat appropriately. Getting rid of dairy, legumes, grains and alcohol. Noticing a change. Wishing for like minded friendships.

    Hello! I'm on a "modified paleo" diet in that I don't eat beef/pork and still eat Greek yogurt to make up for protein. Tried a challenge in January and just kept going! On paleo, it seems you have to love eggs, chicken, sweet potato, coconut, and banana - because those are in everything! Perfect for me, not so perfect for others. My other but if advice - It's more of a lifestyle than a diet. Good luck!
