Just over 130 lbs. Started to try body recomp at the end of April in the low 120's (I'm 5'4.5"), but ate more than I should (felt constantly hungry when I switched from loss to recomp....not sure if it was the new lifting routine or what) and have put on a couple lbs (fluctuating in the mid-high 120's currently). I'm switching back to loss mode today to take it back off. Kind of hoping that maybe in my slip up I gained some muscle (maybe like 0.25-0.5 of a lb), but I know most of it was water and fat

I love looking at before & after!!! Just shows what hard work, determination & dedication can do!!

Down almost 75 pounds so far. Aiming to lose 120 total. You can do this! Add me if you want!
Bandages are from gallbladder surgery and I had a tummy tuck to remove excess skin in September 2015.3 -
