Total LBS lost this week: 4 lbs although I think 2 lbs. is more accurate because the day I signed up I think I weighed myself at night and today was in the morning. I always weigh significantly more at night. From now on though I will weigh in the same time every week.

Struggles:
- I lost 15 pounds before my wedding two years ago and have gained back 20 and am having trouble getting it to budge
- I love wine and champagne
- I work a desk job
Successes:
- I've been getting back into exercising and now I can workout regularly without soreness getting in the way
- I've been tracking my food intake for about a week now
I've had a busy but sedentary lifestyle and tbh i tried so hard to incorporate workout but i couldn't and ultimately decided to wait for the summers. Hats off for managing it all!2 -
Biggest gym pet peeve: That I join and then never go. I've given up on them. Walking and resistance training at home I know I'll do.
I personally don't like going to the gym either. Working out at my own home is something I know I can stick to. I should join the gym but i like my current ways!4 -

Struggles: Late night snacking, unhealthy food choices
Successes: Thinking before choosing foods
Challenges ahead: leaving to go camping in a few days, first time camping since becoming a vegetarian. Trying to make healthy and easy food choices. Cooking/grilling may not be an option every day. Unhealthy snack will be plentiful and easy to eat/difficult to resist from friends camping with us.

Gym Pet Peeve: I hate when chatty people are at the gym. When I'm trying to workout people tend to want to talk to me, which is totally fine if I have the breath to talk. I also hate when people are talking on the phone for a prolonged period of time while at the gym.3

- a little bit of excess snacking when I get home from work
Successes:
- I went to a barbecue for my boyfriend's work and stuck with meat (no buns for my burgers!) and a big salad
- I overachieved my 10,000 step goal every day this week! First time ever!!!3 -
Personal accomplishment: I didn't binge this weekend and logged all my food!! It's the first time since I actively started trying to lose weight that I didn't ruining all my efforts during the weekend. I'm SO happy4

My gym pet peeve? I have a few, but the biggest has to be PEOPLE WHO DON'T CLEAN THEIR EQUIPMENT/WORKOUT AREA, just like Mari said. I sweat like crazy no matter how hard I'm working and I would feel so bad if I forgot to clean up.2

Biggest gym pet peeve? I used to go late at night because I worked second shift, well I guess the guy working at the gym was lonely so he would talk to me....while I was out of breathe....sweating....and wearing head phones! I'll just take walking from now on thanks lol

That is a huge accomplishment. Weekends is one of the hardest things to master when it comes to this new lifestyle. I struggle every single weekend! well done!2 -

I too don't bother with gyms much anymore - like others here I would pay and never go. But when I was there, it was just rude to not wipe down the machine...I started wiping machines down before I worked out and after because you never knew if it was done.
