I need to lose 8lbs of wine. I eat healthy but like a glass of wine after work.

I love my wine as well. I've been losing very steadily while incorporating 1/2 - 1 c of wine per day into my plan. I have to have a plan I can live with and this makes it liveable for me. I just track it and stay in a calorie deficit. I drink it slowly, believe me! LOL.2

I haven't given up wine. I moderate and make room for it in my daily calories. Bonus: I'm a cheap date now because my tolerance has gone down a lot.1

Wine is so tasty. I've been buying those little Bota Box tetra packs....in case I'm tempted not to stop after one or two.
I lost all my weight drinking wine.
I've maintained drinking wine.
