    June Late Night Snacking Goals Update:
    • Eat nothing after 8:30pm 25/30 nights. 3/25
    • Eat nothing after 10pm 5/30 nights of my choice. 2/5
    • Choose to adult, instead of impulse today.

    Moving my cutoff up _(even a little)_ is taking more adjustment than I expected. I'm burning my late nights (way too) early in the month. On the road, I didn't get to a hotel until late so dinner was later than normal. I would have been under the prior cutoff and didn't even think about it until finished. Then remembered 8:30. <Sigh.> :confused: *Have to stay engaged and making choices,* not cruising on autopilot, *when it comes to food.*

    Had an urge to snack tonight (it is TOM today not sure if it is the reason but the urge is stronger than "usual") - downed 1 big glass of iced coffee with a splash of milk and 1 big glass of water instead. Phew that was close...

    I am going to bed right now (it has just passed Monday midnight here anyway)

    No late night snacking so far! Yeayy...though Sunday was overall higher than calorie goal for the day. But the snacking front fared better :smile:

    Can I start late? I've had a terrible flu and quit tracking for a week, so haven't been here at MFP.

    I love to eat chips and drink wine around 9:00. I'm determine to cut out the chips! (The wine is figured into my daily calories. :))

    I'll start tonight!

    A little late to the game but starting tonight. Goal, not to snack after getting son to sleep around 9:30. Bad habit of crashing on the couch with a show and munchies.
