Kayla Itsines Bikini Body Guide?

I started Kayla Itsines bikini body guide this week and I loved it! I'm unbelievably sore but making progress. Has anyone else followed the Kayla Itsine's guide before? I'm looking for some tips or reviews on it. Thanks!

    I'm just finishing Week 6... These workouts are no joke! I joined a closed BBG Facebook group that's filled with thousands of girls doing the workouts, so I would definitely recommend joining one if you are looking for like-minded people! It's a great community.

    These workouts will test you. I have been 100% dedicated, working out 6 days a week. If you are completely committed, you should see some major results. Good luck!

    A year ago I completed the bbg with fantastic results. I decided to do a reboot and go for another round this summer!

    I just started BBG. I just completed BBG 1 - Week 1 - Arms & Arms. I am still sore from Week 1, Leg Day! The guide is challenging, but feels so rewarding after completion of a workout session! Good luck!

    I just started! I'm on week 2 :) The workouts kill me, even though I thought I was pretty proficient at leg/arm workouts but holy crap do they push me to my limit! Just what I needed. Any ladies doing BBG feel free to add me!

    I am currently lifting heavy but do a BBG workout once or twice a week. Amazing hiit!!! love it!
