When I reach that weight I can set a new goal. I'm only 4'11'' and dont want to overwhelm myself to start. Been setting small goals to work towards, and it seems to work better.1 -

May I play? I'm 53 and have increasing health issues, partly because of the 15 years I was a caregiver but mostly because I spent too many years just not caring much about my health. Losing weight is not going to cure most of my problems but it WILL help to manage them and have a better quality of life.
