Hi, I'm what you call a stress eater! For the past 3 years I've turned to food for my comfort..& gained 50 pounds in the process!!! I'm the heaviest I've ever been!!! I'm ready to get back my control over food instead of it controlling me!! To think that 3 years ago I was 128!!!!

Hey lady! Best of luck in your journey. Stress eating feels good at the time but as I'm sure you know... You feel 10x worse after you're done. You HAVE to think about your long-term health and happiness. My best advice would be to hit the weights. Cardio should only be a part of your routine. You can do it!!1 -
