I've been keto on and off for awhile now
Before I was just watching my carbs. I feel alot healthier not eating carbs but I do get dizzy every now and again but since upping my water to 3 liters a day it's not so bad. But I'm peeing constantly.
I wasn't really watching my calories or protein before but the last week I have which has made the diet alot harder but I'm actually starting to see results. Before I seemed to just hover on the same weight
I have lost around 2kgs this week since starting and a inch off my waist. Keto sheds fat faster than other diets.

I'm now 102.5 kgs. I was originally at one point 135kgs
I'm 5'5 and 36years old.

My Macros are
111 fat
85 - 90 protein
20 carbs.

Anyone experienced at keto have any recommendations? Or am I only the right path?

I am very inexperienced, but glad to hear your feedback and results. I am just ramping up on the LCHF this past week or so. I too tend just hover around 200 pounds no matter what my workout routines are. So, looking forward to losing the last 15 pounds or so

OP, if you are dizzy, your electrolytes are out of balance. Up your salt / sodium / potassium intake immediately. Where water goes, electrolytes ALWAYS follow. The dizziness you are experiencing is one of the common symptoms of the so-called "Keto Flu." Also, I strongly suggest you check out the main low carber forum group here in MFP. It's where most of us Ketofiles tend to hang out:

3 litres is excessive. WIWO. Drink more, pee more, lose more sodium. Better to up your salt intake like all the advice everywhere says, to overcome the initial loss of sodium due to reduced carbs / insulin.
