It was super easy and quick (although I did cook up some jasmine rice instead of the brown rice in the recipe so it took about 30 minutes total). Today I had some of the leftover meat mixture over a salad.3 -

Picked up amazing, fresh prawns from the local seafood market. First one was with fresh mango and sugar snap peas, the second with tomato and onion. Both with CSA garlic scapes and farmer's market spinach. #summertimeandtheliviniseasy2
