Here you go! http://www.skinnytaste.com/korean-beef-rice-bowls/
It was super easy and quick (although I did cook up some jasmine rice instead of the brown rice in the recipe so it took about 30 minutes total). Today I had some of the leftover meat mixture over a salad.3 -
Thanks! Definitely going to try it!0

Plated so perfectly - I thought you were at some high-end restaurant! Good eye0 -
Picked up amazing, fresh prawns from the local seafood market. First one was with fresh mango and sugar snap peas, the second with tomato and onion. Both with CSA garlic scapes and farmer's market spinach. #summertimeandtheliviniseasy2 -

One of my absolute favourite things to eat in the world: my mom's homemade kabocha squash soup with papaya, sweet potato and fish

With regard to your 'Prooat' addition, I must know what is in the second picture (what are those cylinder 'things') and the last picture too. What is in this?
Your pics are lovely...very enticing
(I tried 'quoting' those two pics, but they came out huge?)
a bit late here but the cylinder things are Weetabix protein cereal and the last picture is sourdough bread topped with shredded bbq chicken, coleslaw and onion rings, my absolute fav!
thank you so much, I love taking food pics!

That's right, pizza sandwiches. Picture shows about 450 calories in total.
I had one for breakfast along with Greek yogurt and a couple of date balls.
I had the other one for dinner with some salad, an egg white, and a kiwi.

Here is my smoked "Skinny Fatty" - only about 305 calories per 4.75 oz. slice
With an ear of corn on the cob - a 400 calorie supper.
Ground chuck stuffed with sauteed mushrooms, onions, peppers, muenster and feta cheeses, and the remaining 4 slices of center cut bacon. Of course, wrapped with a bacon weave. Hickory smoked for 3 hours and 15 minutes.

What do I make weekly? Yeap you guessed it. Thai red coconut shrimp curry with a side of cauli rice. I could make and eat this each and every day and not get bored. Love it. The smells that fills your house from the curry is to die for. The part is that, there are always leftovers for lunch the next day
Omg looks amazing1 -

I don't do sweets very often, I prefer savory, but when I do I make sure I make them count. LOL. Can you say chocolate cupcake with a salted caramel center, peanut butter frosting, dulce de leche drizzle and BACON?
