You roll the dough into sheets and make the ingredients into one big giant pierogi lasgana! Whee! And don't be fooled by the color on top, there is no tomato sauce, that's just a bit of bacon that was sprinkled on top at the last minute.

Sounds awesome. I could see a restaurant in Pittsburgh serving something like that. We have a big Polish/Ukrainian/Slavic population here.1 -
Southwestern burger with avocado slices and homemade mayonnaise with a bit of dill weed, all on a whole wheat bun.1 -
Dinner:
6 eggs, 4 oz chorizo, 2 oz sharp cheddar, 0.75 tsp salt.
944 kcal, 4g carbs, 77g fat, 64g protein.
I only eat twice per day, btw.

I grew up in Pittsburgh and you could buy fresh homemade pirogie from all of the churches in the area every weekend. My grandfather used to make them from scratch, but my mother always made what she referred to as "lazy pierogie", which was very much like what you made there @Wynterbourne , minus the bacon, although that does sound like a nice added touch!2 -
Nothing fancy but here is a all natural hamburger my wife made for use the other night. 85/15 beef, home made buns with a tsp of mayo, spicy mustard, red onion and spring mix with some Multi-grain chips, think that was about 600 calories.

Dinner 430 calories and I was extremely full through half of it. The rice had the most carbs...0

Terrible lighting but I made some Mexican green and red chicken thigh stew. Came out amazing. Made with lots of jalapeño and green chilies. I didn't have any tomatillos on hand so I used fire roasted and fresh tomato instead. Put a lil cheese on top and torched some corn tortillas.

Love build your own pasta bars: shell pasta in curry cream sauce with smoked salmon, meatballs, asparagus, artichokes, broccoli, peas, mushrooms, red pepper and mozzarella.

This literally made my mouth water...recipe?I want to know too, lol.
I'm ashamed to admit that I don't have access to the exact recipe at the moment. The picture is from last year when I was still logging my calories and stuff down on paper instead of here and was adjusting a recipe on the fly to lower the calories. I stumbled across the picture again and had to share. Basically, it's homemade pierogi dough (though you could use regular lasagna noodles/pasta dough) that I rolled out into strips and layered with mashed potatoes, caramelized onions, small dollops of low-fat cream cheese, and a small sprinkling of smoked Gruyère and low-fat cheddar. I then topped that with that small bit of bacon. What you see on top is the only bacon in the whole thing. I did also add a dollop of low-fat sour cream when serving. Now I feel bad for sharing a picture that I wasn't prepared to share the exact recipe for. *Hangs head in shame*

@caitlinbc They're pretty good! My friend got them for me. Sugarfina's pretty pricey, so while it is tasty, I personally wouldn't buy it.0
