Tuna boat with vegan cheese sauce instead of mayo or veganese cause I couldn't afford veganese and I can't have dairy .

    eegscpb22vei.jpg
Banana with a tbsp of almond butter breaks my sweet cravings any day !

    joyfq74kklz8.jpg
Salad with homemade from scratch balsamic vinegrette and half a cup basmati rice with vegan cheese sauce with tuna and roasted vegetables mixed in.
    dks3bt5em36a.jpg
    Homemade roti(Indian rice flour wraps)
    6vtotu2m75rf.jpg
1 egg and 1 egg white with vegetables, vegan cheese sauce and sriracha sauce. I now just sprinkle the nutritional yeast straight into it. Much better tasting.

In case anyone is curious, I have Hashimoto's thyroiditis which is an autoimmune disease. Basically my body attacks my thyroid and it's common to develop other auto immune diseases like celiac etc. my doctor agreed it would be best to just cut gluten out as I'm already having symptoms of it. So I eat gluten free, dairy and casein free, soy free, no seaweeds or anything with iodine as well as no aspartame and Splenda. Maynly pretty clean and non processed. I also choose to stay away from high fructose corn syrup and canola oil and tend to only sweeten with honey, maple syrup or coconut sugar if I do some baking, which I haven't had a chance to explore yet.

Hi @vegmebuff! In the pictures are:

    Mac and cheese roti
    Seafood tempura (kakiage)
Taiwanese 'fried ice cream', deep fried cheese balls and a croissant/waffle hybrid filled with purple yam
Salmon and tuna poke bowls, potato croquettes
Taro snow cream (shaved ice/ice cream hybrid) with grass jelly and lychee
    Black sesame bubble waffle
'Raindrop/water cake' with roasted soy powder and brown sugar syrup

All the munchies were from the Richmond Night Market (near Vancouver) :)

Thank you! That market must be doing a lot better now...it was practically ready to close it's doors when I lived in Vancouver.

There are 2 night markets in Richmond now. The one I went to is the one by the Canada Line (River Road) and is the more lively one. The other night market is pretty dead in comparison.

Still wondering how you fit all that stuff without being hungry all the time.

    Jealous.

@Francl27 just cause you see pics of "stuff" doesnt mean thats eaten at one sitting OR eaten at all :)

But the thread is 'what do your meals look like'... so I assume it's eaten! But even if it's not in one sitting, I couldn't make that fit in a week without being hungry every day.

Correct! I do eat all the things pictured, but not all at once and not all in one day. I eat a little bit of a lot of things spread out over days :)

I love pretty much all kinds of food (I eat quite well overall, I just happen to post pics of the junk ;)) and want to eat everything, so I definitely watch how much I eat. I don't calorie count, but just go by what I feel are decent portion sizes.
