Ahhhh...the weekend! I don't usually do my morning routine on the weekends since it is my rest period. It will be interesting to see how many steps I get in today since I will be outside working in the yard and steps aren't always counted on a tracker when using a push mower...or in my case, a push weed eater...hahaha! We are going to break all kinds of heat records today so will be out early trying to simplify my huge yard!
Have a great weekend, Everyone!!3 -

Had a very stressful day so also went for a walk last night. It helped a lot.2 -
I don't have a fitbit or phone app but am trying to go to the gym daily. Part of that is doing 10 kms on the recumbent bike. 10 minutes walking there and back altogether. All the walking you do in a house for the housework etc adds up. When I do the ironing I take the clothes to each bedroom as I do them to add steps. We are 1/2 hr walk from our local library that I go to at least 3 times + per week. I go into town walking at least two times a week so the time I walk around the shops gets added on. Most days it is 10000 minimum and some days almost double that. Weight not really going down on my scales but I have recently lost 2 inches on my thighs and hips.4

16, 000 +. Had to recharge my phone while active.
Somehow my dogs talked me into three walks despite having a performance tonight and a lupus flare. I had to stop and rest during the second walk.2 -
Having technical difficulties syncing my Garmin to my computer and/or phone this morning. So, the last time I looked last night, I had approximately
20,000 steps
Give or take!
I will be so glad when my son-in-law gets here Friday for my granddaughter's graduation. He is a computer expert and hopefully he can figure out what's going on with my computer. Between it and my internet connection, I am about to chuck both out the window!!16, 000 +. Had to recharge my phone while active.

Loving this challenge. I've been more consistent this week than I have been in a long time. And battling a yucky cold all week. Everyone is doing great!!2 -

Very busy weekend with 2 graduations. In fact, I woke up this morning thinking it was Monday and when I realized it was only Sunday, I was surprised. It feels like a 3 day weekend or something!
Everyone is doing such a great job! Keep on steppin'!2 -
6/12 I logged over 14k but I forgot my pedometer when I went to the theatre. I usually get 2-3k a night there as well.2

Welcome @trilliam3!
@wysewoman53 it looks like you finally caught a day of rest!
@sherbearp0123, I hope you feel better quickly. Indeed, rest when you are ill is most important.2
