    3500 is actually alot easier than it sounds. It averages out to about an hour a day.

    I'm not quite sure if I have the ability or the time for 3500 cals a week... but you know what... I'm looking on and supporting the Mommy Challengers that are in this one!! Oh heck... I'm rooting for all of you! This is quite interesting and cant wait to see the end results!! Good luck ladies!

    Jbean team is gonna win!! My scale showed a (impossible) 6lbs + this morning...I need the exercise!! (been under calories everyday & exercising, guess it's time to step it up!)

    Hey Team 1 !!! Yes we do need a name, any suggestions? Also, if you didnt get my comment last night please message me your starting weight this morning. I want to track our teams overall weight loss as well as our calories burned!!

    Remember, this first week is only three days long. Friday Saturday and Sunday. We will be aiming for 1500 calories for those three days. I will be watching the boards for your end of day numbers.

    Get out there and burn those calories!!
