    Well you also are unaware of what my diet was before, and my workouts. But switching my veggies and timing the salt with water consumption did assist.

    My diet in the first picture was extremely strict. I did not simply add salt to a meal like pizza or pasta, and bam, have abs. I was eating very clean, chicken, fish, greens, and rice. By switching out certain veg and reducing carbs, I was able to see these changes

    There is nothing special about that salt.

    I like the taste of it better, but that's about it.

    Absolutely you've worked hard. That much is obvious. You had three additional weeks of dieting and hard work. As such, a small difference shows, in addition to a different stance, which affects your look.

    All this. I will mention that change in posture, lighting, clothing, and one while working out can make you look quite different. I look about 10lbs heavier and more ripped at the end of a workout than before the workout, due to the pump. If you didn't have a pump on, it looks like you are flexing more than pic one.

    that said, you look amazing in both pics... what it comes down to is that you cannot compare your change in that amount of time based on those two pics that were taken under very different circumstances, that is all people are saying. Keep up the hard work!

    I think what people are saying is that by just adding Himalayan pink salt and zucchini and asparagus are not going to magically change your body.

    What has changed your body is all the work you have put it (over the 5 months) and your continued strict diet. Losing 2.6 lbs will make anyone look slimmer. Congrats as I'm sure the last 3 weeks may have been a struggle, but you kept going and that is awesome

    Giving the credit to your hard work and determination rather than the salt and asparagus is hardly belittling. Neither is pointing out the simple fact that the first pic has worse lighting than the second, you appear to be holding less water in the second (which gives an appearance of being more ripped/pumped) and it looks like the second is post or intra-workout which lends to pumped up muscles and a leaner look (if you're not pumped, your flexing more because you're shoulders are popping big time compared to the first pic).

    Again, none of that is belittling. Just saying that comparison between the two pictures doesn't really reflect reality given all the differences (especially the lighting and pose).

    Great work. You're in excellent shape and you've earned it.
