Love this thread. I started in March of this year and have lost 45 pounds. Always needing new recipe ideas. I seem to stick with the same thing.. I love this way of life. Just need some other ideas for meals/snacks.3

Please add me as well. Lost 53.5 lbs so far, 37 prior to gastric bypass which I had on April 18th and an additionally 16.5 since then. Prior to surgery my nutritionist suggested 25% carbs,25% protein and 50% fat. Anyone doing something similar? I am not a huge veggie fan so that's a bit tough for me but limit myself to 1 fruit serving a day. Still adjusting to food post op so have found I am heavier on the carbs than I would like.0
