I've made scrambled eggs for folks who also had texture aversions and they enjoyed them. They taste like cheesy eggs but they're not. Slow and steady is the key. Then you just have to specify how big you want the"curds" to be... Not to talk em up and set unrealistic expectations0 -

haha cheese can trigger reactions too but they are more actual for real sensitivities. Not allergies sensitivities.
