God bless everyone that can eat anything in moderation but after 3 years of doing this I have to admit that there are a few certain foods that kill me. 60 pounds down and I just can't have around...
Helluva Good Onion Dip
Crisps are going down with this (many) and if they aren't around a spoon or finger will do!
There, I said it and I feel better. Unburden yourself!

I hear you. If I was president of the world, potato chips(crisps) would have calories but potato chips AND dip would be calorie-free.18
-
Mayonnaise. I struggle more than anything with mayo.6

I basically can't have any high calorie food around in bulk. Chips, cookies, ice cream. Nothing is safe. At the moment while I live alone it works just to keep a pretty basic food environment. I know I'll have to work on myself when it's time to share my space with someone else/my family.6

White peaches. I'm convinced they may actually be laced (kidding!!)4
-
Those Suddenly Salad dishes are the worse (any pasta variation really). I made 4 boxes for a Father's Day BBQ, and maybe like 1-2 boxes were consumed...well, needless to say, I devoured the rest in two days. I felt like a pig eating straight out of the huge tupperware it was in, but it was ohhhh so delicious!7

Lofthouse frosted sugar cookies.
Cake.
Cupcakes.
Stuff with frosting on it.
Cinnamon rolls.
Etc.11 -
Pizza4

Pizza. I can't stop after one or two slices. Yum!
I'm sure Nutella would be another one, but I don't trust myself to even try it. I know what'll happen.. I just know. Maybe I'll try it one day when I am in my 80s!9 -
Cheese. I buy the really good, really expensive kinds so I don't overdo it. Its so delicious, I only need a little. Now if I have string cheese or deli cheese, forget it. I will eat a pound. And brie. I could eat a days calories of brie without a problem.9

Nutella
Cheese
Cashews2 -
All PASTA....10

Milk chocolate, almost any type (except with sultanas that's just gross!), no idea why they call the large blocks family blocks
Love a couple of squares of dark chocolate though, mint or raspberry Lindt intense. I can nibble at it and make it last unlike the milk chocolate that is inhaled in seconds3 -
Ketchup.. At 15-20 calories per serving it's not too bad. However, if you have 8 servings rofl. I am a ketchup FIEND.5
-
Ice cream. It was fries, but just realized it's actually ice cream. In the summer I can eat it almost every day. 1/2 cup is so tiny too.5
-
Potato salad....gah!!! Food Crack for real!!4
-
Ice Cream. I never, ever buy it - EVER. If it's in the house, I'll eat it. I struggle every. danged. day. when I drive past DQ, wanting a dang butterfinger Blizzard. Oy.10

Pizza. You can only really get a "whole" pizza, and if I have a whole pizza around, the whole damn thing is getting eaten (which is nearly my entire calorie allowance for the day).3
-
Beef summer sausage, I will sit there and eat the whole damn thing ahahaha. Same with lil smokies. I can have them in the house, but I have to be careful.2
-
chips and nuts, salty stuff. I can knock down a 16 oz bag of peanuts in the shell without blinking when my id takes charge.4
-
Cake, chocolate, ice cream, and chips and salsa. That last one makes me dread when friends want to meet at Mexican restaurants...oh my goodness.4
-
Chocolate cake2

Echoing the person above who said they could eat their whole days calories in Brie. Mmmmm Brie and applies, Brie and crackers...yummmm.3
-
Cheese. I can't stop once I start.4
-
Ooh my biggest one is popcorn! I don't know what it is about bagged sweet and salty popcorn but the second I open it I can finish a whole bag no problem and it has like 7-8 servings!4

This may sound weird, i don't know, maybe not but if there is watermelon in my house, i will eat it. Sure, it's not the worst, the point is that i CAN'T STOP SNEAKING BITES!!! My other one is roasted chicken. We get the rotisserie chickens from Sam's Club and i swear i could probably sit down at my table abd the whole entire thing with my fingers. It's salty and fatty and savory.....the perfect storm.

I understand the watermelon priblem , I will eat big one in a day and get sick because im diabetic .it is my food crack1 -
I'm another one for the crisps. I CAN stop, but it's like slamming the brakes on and screeching to a halt, not a dignified restraint. I was at my brother's house last weekend and they had Mackie's bacon crisps (these are amazing, try them if you're ever in Scotland) and everyone was laughing at my magnetic attraction to them.
However, I don't ban myself from crisps because that would only make me want them more! I just fight the good fight each time.2
