Crisps for me (aka potato chips). Before I could quite happily eat a share bag in one sitting. Sometimes 2 bags! So I simply stopped buying them when I tried to get healthy because I knee there was no willpower there when it comes to them.
I've been doing this for 16 months now and I can have them in the house. I have 1 small multi pack or i actually weigh out a portion from a big bag. It still surprises me!
I know if I was in the right mood though I could still eat them like I used to so I certainly don't keep a lot around.2 -
Crisps here too! and haribo gummies or winegum type sweets and a new one I found last week which is dark chocolate covered cranberries ......0
-
Ice freakin cream. There's a twirl it yourself ice cream cone thing in my nearest convenience store, and since it's only 25 PHP (50 cents!), I just can't help myself sometimes and twirl a HUGE ice cream cone6

Wheat Crunchie crisps, in all of its manifestations. I RENOUNCE WHEAT CRUNCHIE AND ALL ITS WORKS.7
-
I bought a bag of snack size York Peppermint Patties to have on hand when I had an urge for something sweet/chocolate. That bag lasted about 8 minutes before I devoured the whole thing4
-
I have two that i try to keep out of the house, because i find it hard to control myself: peanut butter and potatoes of any kind but especially Yukon gold and sweet.2

Nutella
Tortilla Chips/Salsa/Guac/Queso
2 -
bread and butter3
-
Prawn Cocktail pringles. Once you pop, you really can't stop!1
-
Cheese.... Melted cheese toasties
Chocolate, milk choc and White choc is too easy to eat , which then makes me crave salty crisps3 -
Left off my worst one
Freshly baked bread straight out the oven with lashings of butter melting all over. Mmmmm

Mexican food. I will eat chips and salsa (washed down with a margarita) until someone pries them out of my hands.7

Eh that's what I don't get. If you like the stuff so much, how is that better to never eat it again, versus learning to eat it in moderation?
And yeah, the time I avoided buying my favorite hazelnut chocolates for months, when my sister gave me a box, I ate the whole thing... clearly that approach didn't work either.0 -
Crisps here too, and just salty things in general.
I get multipacks with small portions in and low-ish cals to keep the fire for crisps damped down. I can eat a small packet and stop, but give me a share bag and I will eat all that without blinking.
Quavers are a good multipack go to.1 -
Brie. Or any type of soft, gooey, melty, cheesy cheese. I could eat a whole wheel of brie.0
-
Prosciutto wrapped mozzarella. Mmmmm. Really any kind of cheese.2
-
Ice cream, Nutella and chips and salsa.
I've ate a whole jar of Nutella in two days1 -
Ice cream! But I let myself have it time to time. Fried rice is also my kryptonite. I can't stop eating it once I start. With that said, I can also gorge myself on broccoli, zucchini, and other veggies, because I love veggies, but that leaves me with no guilt so who cares!3

Good old fashioned Jif peanut butter. I prefer smooth, but would never turn a jar of chunky away. I will eat it by the spoonful. Or with my finger. Until it's gone.
Lindt Milk Chocolate truffles. You know those little spheres of deliciousness delicately wrapped in a red wrapper? If they are in the house. I will eat them. And I'm vegan...so there's a major moral dilemma.
Don't get me started about smearing peanut butter ON the truffles. Mmmm....5 -
pringles...any flavored potato chip really0

peanut butter cups4

I was at my brother's house last weekend and they had Mackie's bacon crisps (these are amazing, try them if you're ever in Scotland) and everyone was laughing at my magnetic attraction to them.
However, I don't ban myself from crisps because that would only make me want them more! I just fight the good fight each time.
Crisps for me too! I can't have crisps in the house, they are just too delicious.
I also love Mackie's crisps. The trick for me is living in a different country although I have been known to fill half a suitcase with them.0 -

At the moment while I live alone it works just to keep a pretty basic food environment. I know I'll have to work on myself when it's time to share my space with someone else/my family.
100% this, it's such a struggle. I feel your pain, at this moment I'm fighting myself on going out to buy frosted animal crackers from Target because my womanhood is demanding it3 -
Sushi...3

Special K protein chocolate peanut butter bars and popcorn. I cannot have them in my house at all! Especially the protein bars. I can fool myself into thinking I'll have one but before the end of the day the entire box will be empty0

ok "my womanhood is demanding it" is my quote of the day, that is off the scale good!3 -
Peanut butter cups.1
-
Cheese Doritos and walkers Mexican spicy coated nuts, once they are open I can't stop. The nuts alone are 900 calories a bag but they are so delicious2
-
Chips and dip!!! I call it my kryptonite. I refuse to have it in the house but my MIL puts it out and I can NOT walk by it without eating it.0

Nachos
Nutella
Halva
Fresh cheesy, beefy nachos i can't resist. Have to force myself to close the jar of nutella before i went too far, just to come back to it again. Ughh, the struggle.
