    I have to touch someone's pic, then when it enlarges touch that one and it takes me to their profile, from there you should see an add friend button... Hope this helps!

    Hi I'm new here. For last few months I've been doing weight lifting/training 3-6 days per week but have not had any weight loss. I've come to conclusion that my food portions are much too big so for past 3 days been tracking calories here. I've also cut down on lifting and going to add more cardio. I'm new at calorie counting and need some friends. My food scale will be delivered today so I'm excited and ready. Please add me!
