I lost 65 pounds years ago, kept it off for years. I'm now experiencing menopause & feeling despair. This scale is not moving. I'm back on mfp, but i know that being with others is what really works for me. Anyone who is in this same menopause boat, please please please friend me... there is power in numbers!2

So I have been on mfp for years. I started at 169. Last year I climbed to 194!!! So, I am what feels like an opposite success story. I have made it back down to 170 or 172 or 168 or 175. My lack of consistency and confidence is killing me! One thing I have never tried is joining a community. I used the food/exercise tracker but was completely blind to the community. I am excited to join, and to make new friends to share my successes with, as well as my set backs, so we can all work together to reach our fitness goals!0
