OH MY..What have I done?!

First off let me say today is my birthday. Second, I completely depleted myself before eating all this, 5 days of <30g carbs/day, 1200cal/day, and I did a 30hr fast. I whittled myself down to 136lbs/6%BF since March 1st. The feeding began at midnight and will continue to midnight tonight so this list is not complete. I've been doing this every year for over a decade and have not suffered any ill effects. I'm still looking and feeling really good right now as I type this and know this a one day/one time of year thing only and I'll be back to my normal diet tomorrow. For a breakdown of the macro/micro-nutrients and the final "damage" you can view my food diary. DO NOT ATTEMPT THIS AT HOME!

Happy Birthday! Interesting mix of alcohol and sweets. I cannot mix those two together. Odd tastes, IMO. Enjoy the rest of your day!

Trying to figure out how the Greek yogurt with oats and blueberries fits in with the rest...

I like it, and I like to take a semi-liquid base and add other foods to it, alot of those foods listed get mixed in together into one delicious concoction.

This doesn't even sound like that much food to me? It's just a lot of tiny little amounts, I guess it's the mass gainer that contributes most of the calories?

It's almost all very calorically dense. Doesn't look like much per item, but it will add up fast. Hell, just two ounces of most tree nuts is between 380-400 kcal.

Pretty impressive after 5 days of starving yourself. I can't eat much right after a big deficit like that. Go for 10k!

Sam Smiths! Seriously? Oh honey; that stuff is brewed in my hometown and I've seen the state of the river that runs behind the brewery.

Well after 2 days of carbohydrate loading weight and body fat shot up to 145lbs/8.9%! But waist is still 29" and I have all the definition/vascularity as before! Strength has also returned 10 fold! I love bodybuilding science!! Carbohydrates are an amazing thing...they are definitely a friend and and enemy and have their place in any fitness/nutrition program.

Now the goal is to just to maintain 140/145lbs and enjoy Summer and the outdoors. I have an annual 5k race September 3rd thus the weight maintenance. I had my best time/place last year with an even time of 00:24:00 and I was 3rd in male age group.
    Happy belated birthday!

    Thanks.

Happy birthday! :) Seems like an awesome day. I remember I celebrated a fiesta last May, dove right in with a lot of fruit salad and Filipino delicacies. Oh, and beer! Hahaha. Have a great one. ;)
