    Ready for a life change. Mom of 5, run a business and always on the go. I am Latina and let's just say our cultural food doesn't help. Lol I LOVE food! I have been learning to make my favorite foods and new foods healthy. One thing I hate is to diet eating horrible bland foods. My goal is to learn to eat right, with foods I like. If I am going to change my lifestyle, I want it to be enjoyable. This change is for ever, not temporary.

    Lost 70lb 4 years ago, put it back on and then some in nursing school. Ready to dedicate to a life change so I can be a better me and be the best nurse I can for my patients. I am all about self love in the skin your in! Ready to get back to a well balanced healthy/happy lifestyle.
