I have a spice blend called Deep South Seasoning that I can use on pretty much everything, it's like crack.
Other than that: cumin, paprika, turmeric, a dry teriyaki mix, and garlic and kaffir lime leaves if they count.
    kasminchu,
Is the dry teriyaki mix something commercial?
I would be really interested in getting some of this, or do you make it yourself?

Slap Ya Mama - the White Pepper version. I put it on everything. It's particularly fantastic on scrambled eggs.

ALL the spices and ALL the herbs!
But if I had to pick just one, it would be garlic. I buy a bulb or two of garlic a week. It makes all the dark leafy braising greens so much more palatable.
Garlic - and then fresh basil, oregano, thyme (I grow my own lemon thyme, which is so incredible on grilled meats). Oregano. Lemon-garlic-oregano is a classic middle eastern blend for marinating meats.
    Pepper on everything, too.

I use Famous Dave's Steak and Burger seasoning on all my baked chicken. It gives it a really nice flavor. Mrs. Dash's Southwest Chipotle seasoning goes well on roasted veggies or baked potatoes. :)

@CaptainJoy The Lawry's Perfect Blend sounds good...I looked it up, and it has salt, spices including basil, onion, garlic, sugar, red bell pepper, paprika, carrot, and orange peel.

Don't make me choose. It's so hard! LOL (This isn't all of them. My dad made the rack for me, but I've
still collected more since.) That being said, honestly, some of my absolute favorites are sumac, smoked paprika, and thyme.
