hi everyone! I am back on track for getting to Onederland before my 40th bday in January.
    SW:245
CW:? I guess I'm going to have to weigh myself tonight
    GW: 150ish

3 years ago, I started training for a mudrun, my 1st ever and I was determined to prove people wrong. I had limited support but was determined to reach my goal. I logged everything, worked out (played tennis and did the couch to 5k program) and eventually hit 198! Then my whole world changed, I moved and my routine became null and void. I've slowly climbed up in weight and am somewhere in the range of 239...I know I can do it when I set my mind to it. I'm looking forward to being a part of this group!

ok guys it's time for me to weigh in! I am down 4.2lbs this week! i am so impressed with myself. it has been only two weeks, but the struggle is gone. I have found a routine that works for me, and I am not having a hard time with my diet. I keep many fresh fruits and vegetables around the house, and stick them in my purse when I go out. I always have almonds with me, they definitely help with the salty cravings. I hope everyone has a great week! :)

    6lbs to onederland!!!
Congrats on the great drop this week and it sounds like you have a good, sound plan and momentum!
