The challenge is simple...
Exercise 24 hours (1440 minutes) total in the month of July!
Many of us have done well with this challenge, its very motivating to get your butt moving

Today I walked with my girls for 28 minutes... would have been longer but they were hot and not cooperating! lol

I am taking this challenge! I need to get my self in gear..... I still have 35 pounds to get rid of!!! 24 hours of activity during the month on July is less than an hour per day. I can do this!!!! I think I can, I think I can, I think I can!!!! Thanks for posting!!!!0

This is an awesome idea! I really need some motivation to get exercising and I think this is it.
Question: Do any of you use tickers to show your progress in the 24 hrs of exercise?
