24 Hour Challenge - July

So, here's the deal..

Free to everyone and you can join at any time!

Startes today July 1st

The challenge is simple...

Exercise 24 hours (1440 minutes) total in the month of July!

Many of us have done well with this challenge, its very motivating to get your butt moving

YOU know you want too!! COME ON!

    Today I walked with my girls for 28 minutes... would have been longer but they were hot and not cooperating! lol

    I am taking this challenge! I need to get my self in gear..... I still have 35 pounds to get rid of!!! 24 hours of activity during the month on July is less than an hour per day. I can do this!!!! I think I can, I think I can, I think I can!!!! Thanks for posting!!!!

    I'm in! I'm also doing a challenge to lose 10 lbs in July so I think doing these 2 challenges together will help me complete both of them! Good luck to everyone!

    went walking and running sprints...Made me feel good anyone know how far the longest sprint was ?

    This is an awesome idea! I really need some motivation to get exercising and I think this is it.

    Question: Do any of you use tickers to show your progress in the 24 hrs of exercise?

    july 2: 30 min cardio/abs and butt work
    july 3: 15 min swimming

    July 2: run 38, ripped in 30= 68
    July 3: run 100
    July 4: walk 91

    Total so far: 382, just over 6hrs

    July 3rd - 32 min alternating walking and running
    July 4th - nada

    2 hrs so far. Need to kick it up a notch.
