Can anyone tell me how to insert the photo and not just the URL/link? I can't see an option to just attach it directly. Thanks. :-)

You need to create a photo web account (I use Photobucket) once youve uploaded a photo there copy the IMG photo address and change the [ IMG ] (Capitals) to [ img ] (lower case) make sure there are no spaces
Commenting to remember this advice for later, when I have a success pic to show! You all look incredible!!!21 -

Hey everyone, this is my first post on here. I occasionally silent browse threads like these, and I just want to say everyone looks great and it is truly inspiring!
I have always fluctuated. In the picture is from approximately 150lbs to 120. Lots of cardio, lifting, and 100% clean eating. Unfortunately I have gained about 5 lbs due to eating junk again and half assing workouts. Just started back up 100% again about 5 days ago. For me, it's more mental process than physical. The past month had been awful, to the point where I don't feel like going out of the house because I just feel so hideous. Need to realize the journey never ends. Hope to meet some new friends on here
