I just cooked up some stingray for the first time. It was delicious! Tasted like a combination of scallops and tuna. 20 grams of protein and only 90 calories per 100 grams. I urge you to try some. Very easy to cook!

There's three cooking methods that taste good with this, in my opinion.
-sautéed in sherry cooking wine
-baked then drizzled with orange sauce (homemade or from the store)
-steamed then chopped up into a salad
I honestly prefer the baking with (homemade) orange sauce. Baking is around 45 min at 375 (may need a bit longer/shorter depending on your oven). Make sure to flip around half time. Stingray fillets are big so they take longer to cook than the average fish fillet. I usually eat half of it and store the other cooked half as leftovers. There's a non-sharp curved bone in the center of the stingray. When the fish is cooked, eat around it.0 -

They're usually found in asian markets. That's where I buy them. I've never seen one in the average/chain grocery store either lol.
