How are you fitting in you 15,000 steps? Are you a runner?

No, not a runner. I probably would get @5,000 with just life. During the school year, I walk my youngest to school (3,000 steps) before work. During the summer, I try to go for a walk, either one long one or two shorter ones a day to get the other 10,000. I like to walk with a purpose, so I'll walk to our little downtown to Starbucks and get a coffee and then walk home, that kind of thing. Worst case, I will walk on a treadmill or around the loop of the inside of my house with a Netflix show on my phone, a 50 min show is good for 5,000 steps :)

Congratulations, you look amazing! A trip to Disney World this summer was motivation for me too and it was such a relief to be able to walk 16 miles over 2 days without feeling like I was dying and to fit on every ride with ZERO problems!

If someone walked into a room and described you, you are not the big girl. You look "normal" - well whatever normal is. Really inspiring

This is what started my weight loss journey too! After my life was in shambles at 20, I visited my best friend who I hadn't seen in months from school and went to an amusement park. I remember crying while they held up the ride and had two attendants try to squish my thighs into the seat. I was so embarrassed and ashamed. I promised myself, I would never have to go through that experience again, especially not when I'm older and could not be able to go on a ride with my future kids. 45 pounds down and no looking back!
